While serving in the Insurance sector for a long time, Sanjay has now also stepped into the Travel Industry providing end to end travel solutions.

Sanjay Arora is the Founder of a startup called ‘Sure N Secure Travel Solutions’ in Delhi. He is trying to facilitate people with the entire travel solution from home to home under one roof and is currently operating in more than ninety cities across the country. He partnered this company with one of his friends, Gautam Bahari, who is the CEO of this company.

Sanjay belongs to Delhi and completed all his studies from there itself. He is a Law graduate from Delhi University and a Diploma holder in its official practice. Throughout his career, he has tasted flavors of many fields, starting with LIC in 1992. After that he worked with many other insurance companies and even today he is associated with the insurance sector through Policy Bazar alongside his travel business. Bored with his insurance work, he changed his field and joined a travel company in Kolkata as a Vice President and left it as a President. Then he made his move in the travel industry and so far he has traveled to forty cities and twenty countries.

When asked about his role models, Sanjay says that he draws inspiration from all his bosses and books he reads which helps him move ahead in life.

Sanjay says that due to the Covid pandemic, the entire travel industry had come to a standstill. But gradually things are going back to normal after the lockdown has been lifted and the travel industry will boost up again. On a personal front, he believes that Covid has taught us all two things, one is the importance of our family members as it gave us a chance to improve our personal relationships with them, which we used to take for granted earlier. Second, the sense of humanity has increased in the people as those who used to ignore you earlier are now standing up to support you.

Sanjay believes that Education is the most valuable thing because if you don’t have enough education, you won’t be able to get a job or start your career in any field. So he says that Experience always comes at a later stage when you have completed your education.

If Sanjay had a Time Machine, he would like to go back to his school time and try to improve his command over Mathematics and Science subjects.

Apart from traveling, Sanjay is also fond of reading books in his free time.

Advising the young entrepreneurs, Sanjay says to believe in yourself and if you have taken any step ahead, then work hard for it and do not think about coming back or taking a step back. He adds on by saying that your confidence and dedication will lead you towards success, so just keep moving forward and keep working hard.
